Shuttle Service Platform

Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, Internal·2024·UX Design · User Flow Architecture · Wireframing

I translated complex multi-segment business requirements into a structured set of persona-based user flows and wireframes, aligning stakeholders across operations, product, and engineering before a single line of code was written.

The Challenge

A shuttle and transport operation serving multiple customer segments (B2C consumers, B2B corporate clients, and B2G government accounts) had no unified digital platform. Each segment had different booking needs, and driver workflows were entirely manual.

What I Designed

  • →Web admin panel for operators: booking management, scheduling, and fleet oversight
  • →B2C mobile flow: customer-facing booking, trip tracking, and rating
  • →B2B mobile flow: corporate account booking with approval steps
  • →B2G mobile flow: government-segment booking with compliance fields
  • →B2C-Driver mobile flow: full driver journey from trip acceptance to completion
  • →Shuttle-Driver mobile flow: route-based shuttle driver experience with map integration
Shuttle Service Platform — full user flow across 5 personas

Outcome

Delivered a complete wireframe specification covering 5 distinct user personas and a web admin, giving the engineering team a clear build target and reducing ambiguity during development.
