Go AutoPoint Payment Mapping

Jameel Mobility Services Solutions, Saudi Arabia·2025·System Design · Business Process Mapping · UX Flow

I mapped the entire payment lifecycle, from customer booking to supplier settlement, across every stakeholder and scenario, translating complex financial operations into structured, colour-coded flows that engineering and finance could both act on.

The Challenge

Go AutoPoint's payment operations spanned multiple stakeholders (customers, shops, drivers, suppliers, operations, and finance), each with different payment and cancellation scenarios. There was no unified map of how money moved through the system, making it impossible to align engineering, finance, and operations on a single source of truth.

What I Designed

  • →End User Booking Payment Cycle: online and cash payment paths with SAP posting
  • →Shop Purchase Order Payment Cycle: online and cash-on-delivery via PayFort Payment Link API
  • →Driver Terminal flow: integrated into the purchase order delivery confirmation
  • →Purchase Order & Customer Booking Commission recording in SAP
  • →Return & Cancellation flow across 5 personas: Shop → Driver → Supplier → Operations → Finance
  • →SAP cancellation and reversal posting sequence for each scenario
  • →JSAP Payment Reporting Interface: automated payment report generation for shops and suppliers
Go AutoPoint — end-to-end payment mapping across all stakeholders

Outcome

Delivered a single payment map covering all transaction types, personas, and SAP integration points, used as the reference document for the finance module build and stakeholder alignment sessions.
